The cartridge consists of a transparent, non-toxic container filled with granular activated carbon from coconut shell.

The action of the activated carbon is ideal for filtering sediments and reducing chlorine taste and odor, unpleasant flavors, and volatile organic compounds, with a filtration grade of 70 microns.

The lifespan of the activated carbon charge may vary from 3 to 6 months depending on usage.

Installing a pre-filter is recommended to protect the cartridge.
